Learning Fair

Noah's school hosts an annual learning fair. Any child in grades k-5 can present information about any topic that they have interest in. Noah wanted to do a project even though we will be away during the fair. He chose to learn about birds and feathers. He wrote to a friend of mine who works at the zoo with the emus and he read a lot of books! He learned so much and did such an amazing job putting his board together. Of course I seized the opportunity to let him learn how to use my scrap booking paper cutter!

Zoo day 2013

We snuck out in a warm day and headed to the zoo for the first trip this year! Our neighbor went with Maeve and I for a perfect day of animal goodness!
