Yes it never ends! We can't get enough owls four years later!

Ohio

The kids and I along with our friend Whitney took a Presidents' Day road trip to visit our friend Kerry who moved to Columbus. We had such an amazing time! The kids were amazing on the 8 hour car ride. The first day we hung out and the next day we went to the Ohio science center. Then on Saturday afternoon Noah came down with a high fever that became the flu --- ahhh! We ended up staying but I felt terrible imposing sickness on their house. We had such a great time catching up and hanging out that it was worth it!

Valentine's Day 2013

I love holidays! I always have and each time I look forward to new and creative ways to have fun!

Noah's school doesn't allow food outside the lunchroom so we have to be creative with parties and holidays.

I found this super cute idea that I was worried might be too gross but I went for it. It was a huge hit! Valentine, I pick you! I found these pencil sharpeners at Oriental Trading for $3 a dozen.

For Maeve we made these cute cupids arrows and bundled them up.

For teachers we used a free download ton antibacterial soap that said "I heard there is a love bug going around" and we did the ABC's of love.

We made heart cookies for every child in the neighborhood and decorated them. Then the kids and I had a super fun delivery day handing them all out. While we were eating dinner I forgot about a batch. Ooops!

On valentines morning I made strawberry milk and pink chocolate chip pancakes for my loves!!

For dinner all four of us went out for sushi together. We had a great holiday!!!
