All Ready!

The house is ready.

Countertops.  Range. Sink.

Carpet.

Malbox. Shutters (will stay blue until spring b/c of temperatures...).  Yard.

Fridge was delivered today.

Counters were caulked and wooden accents placed.  Floors were cleaned today.  They still have incorrect light fixtures in the kitchen but they will be changed when they arrive.

And now, because of the delay in the carpet and countertops the appraiser couldn't make it in time.  The loan can't be approved until the appraiser says the house is fit to be occupied.

Maybe in 2012?
